Banda Argentina de Pop. La cual escuche por primera vez gracias a un amigo, que me hizo escuchar el tema instrumental "Duelo en el cañon del diablo", lejos la mejor cancion de ellos, las demas mucho no me convencen. Espero les guste igualmente.

Muy buena banda creo que de Belgica (no estoy seguro de ello). Buenos covers de clasicos, la version de Summertime luego de la version de Janis Joplin es una de mis favoritas. Espero les guste esta banda.

Homenaje al Trio Galleta MDQ 27-12-09

Invito a los amigos del blog que les guste el querido Trio Galleta a disfrutar de un nuevo homenaje (el tercero) a llevarse a cabo en Mar del Plata el Domingo 27 de Diciembre a las 21 hs, el lugar: Abbey Road Concert bar ubicado en la avenida Juan B. Justo 620, las entradas se encuentran a la venta en la disqueria AGB Music ubicada en San Luis 1727, cuestan $20 anticipadas y $25 en la puerta. No es un homenaje mas, la banda esta integrada por 3 de los hijos de Carlos Iturbide (cantante del Trio Galleta) mas un bajista y un baterista que se acoplaron muy bien. Para el que esta en la duda les recomiendo ir, se los digo como fana de la banda original. Ojala seamos muchos y colmemos Abbey. Nos vemos alli!!!

Gran cantante nacido en Bahamas, su musica mezcla un Pop Rock con influencias Africanas, grabo un tema de Paul McCartney y logro algo muy dificil: mejorarlo (segun mi opinion), el tema es "Monkberry moon delight". Sus discos fueron grabados en Estados Unidos. Muy recomendable, nos vemos pronto!!!

Homenaje a nuestro querido Trio Galleta, segun mi opinion la mejor banda Argentina!!! Fue en el Teatro Payro el pasado Sabado (12 de Septiembre). Se vivieron momentos de mucha emocion recordando al Trio. Homenaje en el cual participaron Juan, Piru y Pipi Iturbide (hijos de Carlos Iturbide el cantante del Trio Galleta) y tambien participaron Jere en el bajo y Louis en la bateria. Dejo las fotos de ese momento inolvidable y un video casero de esa noche tan linda (que se repita!!!)

Gracias a los que hicieron esto posible!!!

Tribute to our beloved Trio Galleta, in my opinion the best Argentinian band! It was at the Payro theater last Saturday (12 September). There were moments of great emotion, reminding the Trio. Tribute which involved Juan, Piru and Pipi Iturbide (sons of the singer Carlos Iturbide the Trio's singer) and also participated Jere on bass and Louis on drums. I leave the photos from that unforgettable moment and a home video of that beautiful night (i want a repeat!)

Fantastica banda de los 70's de Argentina, voz ronca y un Rock con toques de Soul definen esta maravillosa banda. No se si tendran editado algo mas, este album me fue muy dificil de sonseguir. Mañana me voy de viaje de vacaciones, asi que por una semana no posteare, a la vuelta nos vemos!!!

Fantastic 70's band from Argentina, hoarse voice and a Rock with touches of Soul define this wonderful band. I don't know if they edited something more, this album was too difficult to find for me. Tomorrow i'll travel to spend my holidays, so for a week i'll not post, see you then!!!

Gran banda de Beat de Uruguay, en su tiempo los Beatles Sudamericanos, muy buenos musicos. Ellos hicieron uno de mis temas favoritos de todos los tiempos, un tema yeah yeah yeah con todas las palabras "Rompan todo (Break it all)", rompieron todo con ese tema. Cantaban en Ingles. Imperdible. Nos vemos prontito!!!

Great beat band from Uruguay, in their time the Sudamericans Beatles, great musicians. They did one of my favourites all time's song, a yeah yeah yeah song with all the words "Break it all (Rompan todo)", they broke up all with that song. They sang in English. A must one. See you very soon!!!

La mejor banda Argentina. Poderoso trio de Soul Rock Argentino. Carlos Iturbide con su ronca y poderosa voz en la guitarra y voz, Juan Carlos Saporiti en la bateria y Anibal Conte en el bajo. Fuerza y talento describen a esta banda. Inspiradores de gran parte de este blog. Primer disco editado en 1970. Un dato: cantaban en Ingles. Muchas gracias Trio Galleta, los llevo en el corazón!!!

The best Argentinian band. Powerful trio of Argentinian Soul Rock.
